SHORTLIST MEDIA: DEFINING THE ‘MET SET’

With newly appointed CEO Ella Dolphin at the helm, Shortlist Media was keen to define its core audience and set out its business ambition.

We worked alongside the Shortlist Media leadership to articulate the company’s vision in new ways, developing a clear, concise messaging framework for the commercial team to take to market.

The W Enterprise team supported in the development of a landmark piece of research around Shortlist Media’s sought-after audience of affluent metropolitan consumers – the “Met-Set”. And we advised on the subsequent launch of the company’s new in-house creative capability, Shortlist Family, targeting brands keen to reach the highly valuable (and newly defined) Met-Set audience.

With a clear raison d’etre and a distinctive and own able point of view, Family established Shortlist Media as a major player in the branded content space – across print, digital, and live experiences.

It also built Ella’s profile as an innovator and a disruptor – and helped her secure vital senior hires and new business leads.
